-4-
Committee members listened to the concerns and noted they will try to protect the
neighbors' best interests. All aspects of the proposed business will be required to
comply with the State codes, Board of Health, Fire Department, Building Department
and Board of Appeals' regulations and conditions.
It was suggested vinyl be used over the doors and on the side. The size of the
doors should be reduced; the larger doors are acceptable in the rear. Asphalt
shingles are preferred rather than a metal roof. Sidewalks and handicap spaces
need to be shown. Handicap spaces must be adjacent to the buildings. A walk-in
container for the storage of parts was suggested.
The trees in front will remain; the back will be filled in with junipers. There should be
screening around the dumpster, and trees planted on the island. 50 ft. of screening
on each side of the building was advised. A landscaping and grading plan will be
required.
9. Minutes
VOTED: On a motion by Mr. Yarosh and second by Mr. O'Hara it was unanimously
voted to accept the Minutes of March 22, 2000 as presented.
Adjournment: 8:55 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
a 4J
Jane A. Pierce
Recording Secretary
