Design Review Committee -2- May 24, 2000 <br /> 2. Terry Luff, 168 Industrial Drive— Site and Landscaping <br /> Plans were reviewed in detail. Suggestions included: a 50' buffer area around the <br /> parking area, the dumpster should be located in the rear, parking in the rear of the <br /> building should be eliminated, parking spaces in front of the entrances are not allowed, a <br /> space of 20 ft. between buildings is required, combine two buildings into a larger building <br /> and sprinkle it, handicap parking and sidewalks are needed. <br /> Mr. Luff decided to re-work the plans and return at a later date. <br /> 3. J. D. Daddario Co., Inc. 106 Falmouth Rd. —Sian <br /> R. Doherty presented plans for a 90 sq. ft. sign on the building and a 2.9' sign on the <br /> door. The applicant will be going to the Board of Appeals because the size of over 20 <br /> sq. ft. <br /> 4. Jack Conway Real Estate, 439 Nathan Ellis Highway ( Brickyard Marketpalce) <br /> The applicant proposed installing a sign on the middle unit of the property displaying <br /> their company logo. The size is within code. It is hoped a sign may be placed at the <br /> street at a later date. A temporary placard may be utilized. Canopy, external lighting <br /> met with approval. <br /> 5. Minutes <br /> VOTED: On a motion by Mr. O'Hara and second by Chairman Govoni it was <br /> unanimously voted to accept the Minutes of April 12, 2000 as presented. <br /> Adjournment: 7:25 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Ile <br /> ane A.
