r <br /> Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Marshpee, .Massachusetts 02649 <br /> DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING <br /> WEDNESDAY, JUNE 14, 2000 <br /> The Design Review Committee met at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 14, 2000 <br /> in Room 3 of Mashpee Town Hall. <br /> Committee Members Present: William Hauck, Ex Offlcio; Ed Govoni, Chairman; <br /> Thomas F. O'Hara. Also Present: Russ Wheeler. <br /> Signs <br /> 1. Cape Cod Children's Museum <br /> Ms. Shirley McCormack is representing Cape Cod Children's Museum. Measure- <br /> ments have been made to 30 feet back from the property line, which is 5 feet <br /> further than required. The new sign is a 6' by 4 1/2' oval shape, utilizing the <br /> same colors as the old sign. There is a box container for flowers. The sign is <br /> 28.02 square foot total, which requires a special permit. The applicant informs <br /> that the Children's Museum is on the agenda for the Zoning Board meeting <br /> scheduled for June 28, 2000. <br /> The building is in the process of being painted white. The landscaping will be <br /> cleaned up. <br /> This application will be left with the Building Department. The Cape Cod <br /> Children's Museum may finish their application with the Building Department <br /> following their appearance before the Zoning Board on June 28, 2000. <br />
