'4
Design Review Committee -2- February 14, 2001
The slope is a 10' grade. There are areas of wet swale. A catch basin with two
"D-box" may be required to control water runoff. The plan shows no curbs.
There is an irrigation well and leaching pit. The dumpster is not yet located in
plan.
The lot tree survey shows good-size oaks and dead pine trees. The intention is
to level everything but the buffer area. Dead trees will be cleaned out, saving
the big trees. Inkberry and viburnum bush to be planted in areas to form a
natural transition, with mulch. The proposed landscape grass area could extend
somewhat into buffer, or the buffer could be cleaned up.
The committee accepts the proposed building and lighting plan. The proponent
is scheduled to appear at Board of Appeals on March 14th. The Design Review
Committee requests proponent should submit the plan for committee's record.
Minutes
VOTED:
On a motion made by Mr. Yarosh and seconded by Mr. O'Hara, it was
unanimously voted to accept the Minutes of January 10, 2001 as amended.
Respectfully submitted,
d"e-I
Daniel Nee
Recording Secretary
