They're <br /> to bring that to ZBA. Lighting: 1 at each door and spots off corners. Sign design and colors <br /> to be shown. <br /> Siding...Looking at gray metal; white trim; dark blue shutters. <br /> Bathrooms...to be done to accommodate those with handicap. <br /> Conclusion: Following items to be done. <br /> • Come back with Plan to Design first, and then go to ZBA. <br /> • Parking. <br /> • Landscaping Plan <br /> • Dumpster. <br /> • Handicap-accessible bathrooms. <br /> • Signage/Lighting. <br /> Approval of July 24,�2002 Minutes <br /> Mary motioned to accept the minutes, with modifications, of the July 24 meeting.
