Mashpee Design Review Committee G� �f <br /> Minutes of Meeting Held Wednesday,June 18, 2003 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 3 <br /> Committee Members Present: Walter Yarosh, Thomas O'Hara, Gregory Enos, and Mary LeBlanc. <br /> Absent: Russell Wheeler,Edward Govoni, and Don Myers. <br /> Summary <br /> • Sunoco, Route 151, Volta Oil— Stamped approved with conditions marked on Plans: <br /> Exterior Windows to be 18"above grade; <br /> All frames to be anodized white; <br /> Mullions to be added at top of all windows; <br /> Lighting above door to be gooseneck lights; <br /> Modified landscape plan as marked on Plans. <br /> Will return to Design Review on signage. <br /> • Casual Designs—Approved with following conditions: <br /> 12' Maximum distance off building for display area up to 200 square feet; <br /> No display in parking lot; <br /> Must stay within square footage the Board of Appeals approved, which is 200 square feet; <br /> This conditional approval given specifically for Casual Designs only,not for the building. If Casual <br /> Designs vacates the building, this conditional approval terminates. <br /> • Affordable Housing—Stamped approved. Requested another copy of site Plan be provided to Design <br /> Review for files since they only brought one color copy, which was stamped and returned to them. <br /> Walter Yarosh,Chairman, called the meeting to order at 8:05 a.m. <br /> Site Plan and Landscape Review <br /> Sunoco,Route 151 <br /> Volta Oil <br /> Kevin Kirrane and Bruce Garrett appeared. Kevin said this is initial step and they reviewed and discussed site <br /> plan presented. Following discussion, it was decided the following to be done: <br /> • Modify landscape Plans...Mary marked up the Plans to show what was needed. <br /> • Run siding in front up to 18"above grade. <br /> • Trim windows in anodized white. <br /> • Signage on gable. Run band for sign. Will return to Design Review on signage. <br /> • Gooseneck lights to go over door. <br /> • Make cupola size proportionate, if they are going to use cupola. <br /> • Bruce showed colors...he said trim is white;base of building is slight gray, called pewter. <br /> Conclusion: Stamped approved with conditions as noted on site plans. <br />
