Mashpee Design Review Committee Minutes of Meeting Held Wednesday,April 7,,2004 C� Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 3 Committee Members Present: Walter Yarosh, Thomas O'Hara, Robert Nelson,Russell Wheeler,and Mary LeBlanc. Sheldon Hamblin(Fire Dept.)also present. Absent: Don Myers. Summary • Pilates Plus Fitness Studio--To re-apply and to show where signs going to be located. • Francisco Tavares—Tabled. No one appeared; needs dimensions. • Cape and Island Homes— Site Plan and Landscape Plan approved with condition they replace dead trees. • 56 Nicoletta's Way-- Site Plan approved with condition they pave minimum of 40'X18' of gravel front with asphalt. Building Plan approved with condition fire connection to be shown on Plan. • Plymouth Savings—Design Review reviewed as though this parcel is part of Deer Crossing Parcel. Design Review just red-flagging this, but Board of Appeals will have to address this issue. Approved Site and Landscape Plan with conditions grades at access road to Deer Crossing to be straightened out and large spruce tree to be saved. Architectural Building Plan approved,but they are to provide extra copies of the Plan to Building Department. • Wag's Road—Not approved. Fire Department 25' from storage is a final requirement they'd have to overcome. Walter Yarosh, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 8.30 a.m. Suns Pilates Plus Fitness Studio Deer Crossing Cheryl Pastie (Owner) i To re-apply. Applicant was advised that the following to be done: i • Show where sign going to be located; • Need elevation or photograph of building showing where sign will be; • Color Chips; • What is sign actually made of? ;Francisco Tavares 'Landscape Masonry Supplies 428Nathan Ellis Highway No one was present on behalf of the applicant. Dimensions needed. Conclusion: Tabled.
