Site Plan and Landscape_Review <br /> Cape and Island Homes <br /> 129 Industrial Drive <br /> Frank and Kimberly Silva <br /> Showed revised site plan and said they made changes as recommended at past meeting plus other changes-- <br /> namely: <br /> • Handicap parking provided. <br /> • Enclosed dumpster. <br /> • Added security and peripheral parking lighting. <br /> • Located existing edge of landscaping; eliminated proposed wall; and shifted building and still provide <br /> adequate parking. <br /> • Changed spot grades in one area only. <br /> Design Review suggested they go to Fire Department. Sheldon Hamblin reminded them that the Chief wanted <br /> access to 3 sides. In addition he reminded them that when putting sprinkler system in Plan would depend on <br /> use and if use group changed then sprinkler system and fire truck access would also change. <br /> ,Design review also advised the following are needed: <br /> i <br /> s Exterior elevations of buildings. <br /> • Colors. <br /> • Architectural drawings. <br /> Conclusion: Site Plan and Landscape Plan approved with condition they replace the dead trees. <br /> 56 Nicoletta's Way <br /> Stephen Giatrelis <br /> Construct contractor bays <br /> John Slavinsky appeared and advised that issues raised at last meeting were all addressed. The Site Plan was <br /> reviewed and Design Review stated that on the Building Plan the fire connection is to be shown. Also <br /> discussed was replacing 40'X18' of gravel in front with asphalt for fire truck access. <br /> Conclusion: Approved Site Plan with condition they pave minimum of 40'X18' of gravel front with <br /> asphalt. Approved Building Plans with condition fire connection be shown on Plans. <br /> Plymouth Savings Bank <br /> Shellback Way <br /> Noah Greenberg(Architect) addressed the group and Andrew Garulay(Landscape Architect)explained the <br /> changes they made from previous submission...he noted they took a totally new approach. Following the <br /> review and discussion, Walter suggested they look to change elevation of grades at corner. He noted that <br /> otherwise the Plan looks great and solved a lot of problems. In addition Walter suggested that somehow it <br /> should be agreed that this parcel become a"community adjoin"parcel with Deer Crossing and, accordingly, <br /> Design Review is reviewing that this is part of Deer Crossing Parcel. Walter commented that Design Review <br /> just red-flagging,but Board of Appeals will have to address this. <br /> Landscaping was discussed and it was suggested that they might want to look at front to make it more <br /> interesting. <br />
