In answer to Sheldon's question, Tim said the fabric on <br /> the awnings is fire retardant. <br /> Conclusion: Both signs stamped approved. Engineer is doing a site plan now and he was advised to show where third car will be <br /> parked on the site plan for ZBA's review. Sheldon informed him that apartment has to be fire rated and that <br /> Fire Department requirement needs alarms hard-wired, heat detector alarm system. <br /> Conclusion: Approved subject to conditions. Building Department review and fire coding and alarm <br /> system to meet requirements of Fire Department. <br />
