Chief Baker(Fire Dept.)also present. <br /> Absent: Russell Wheeler, and Don Myers. <br /> Summary <br /> • Talbots Women—2 signs stamped approved. <br /> • 11 Cape Drive, Lighthouse Place Sign stamped approved. <br /> • Children's Museum—Off premise sign stamped approved. <br /> • 99 Ninety Nine--Signs approved with condition that they don't exceed 10%of building they are on. Ed <br /> Taylor also agreed that external lighting at Take-Out Entrance would be gooseneck lights. <br /> • Whispering Pines— Sign approved as temporary sign for development phase of the subdivision and then <br /> they can "paint out" developer contact numbers,etc. and then get approved as permanent sign. No <br /> lighting requested. <br /> • Budget Blinds—Approved 2 X 10 size sign, <br /> • Fresch&Holsum's— Sign stamped approved. <br /> • New Senior Center— Sign stamped approved. Ground lights to be used. <br /> • Wags Road Boat Storage and Maintenance—Design Review tabled the matter until Fire Department <br /> issues are resolved. <br /> • 21 Bayview Road—Tabled by Design Review. Applicant has to submit Plan, including Parking; also to <br /> check with Fire Department on fire requirements for duplex housing. <br /> • 78 Ashumet Ave. - Tabled by Design Review. Applicant has to submit Plan, including Parking; also to <br /> check with Fire Department on fire requirements. <br /> Walter Yarosh, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. <br /> Signs <br /> Talbots Women <br /> Mashpee Commons <br /> Irving Smith presented 2 signs for Talbots Women store on corner site at Mashpee Commons. <br /> Conclusion: Stamped approved. <br /> ll Cape Drive <br /> Lighthouse Place <br /> Mike Day presented the signage. <br /> Conclusion: Stamped approved. <br /> Children's Museum <br /> Barbara Milligan presented photos of signage they wish to place on property owned by Mashpee Commons. <br /> She stated they have a letter from Mashpee Commons agreeing to this. <br /> Conclusion: Stamped approved. <br />
