99 Ninety Nine
Mashpee Commons
Ed Taylor showed sketches for 3 signs and also site plan for the new addition and back entrance they've made
for Take Out business.
Conclusion: Signs approved with condition that they don't exceed 10% of building they are on. Ed
Taylor also agreed that external lighting at Take-Out Entrance would be gooseneck lights.
Whispering Pines
At the corner of Quinaquisset Ave.
and Christopher Lane
Chris Johnson and Rob Sculos appeared. They said the sign would be on posts and would be one sided. They
showed layout of the sign. During the review and discussion Design Review explained that the sign as
presented could not be approved as a permanent sign but could be approved as a temporary sign during
development phase of the subdivision and then they could paint over the realtor information and leave
Whispering Woods name as a sign and apply to have that name sign approved as a permanent sign. When
asked what lighting would be at the sign, both gentlemen said there would be no lighting.
Conclusion: Sign approved as temporary sign for development stage of the subdivision and then they can
"paint out" developer contact numbers, etc. and then get approved as permanent sign. No lighting
requested.
Budget Blinds
Sununerf eld Park
Mike McGowan showed proposed signage. The 24 square foot proposed exceeded allowable size. Mike
McGowan agreed to make sign 2 X 10, which was acceptable.
Conclusion: Approved 2 X 10 size sign.
Fresch & Holsum's
Mash-Pee Commons
Frank Papsadore, Stephan Wenzel and Mike Day were present. They showed how the signage will appear on
the building they will occupy next to Blockbuster.
Conclusion: Sign stamped approved.
New Senior Center
Route 151
Sketch of the sign to be posted at the site is currently proposed as double sided, but may only be one-sided since
that's all that's needed. Lighting will be ground light.
Conclusion: Stamped approved.
