Mashpee Design Review Committee va"allL <br /> Minutes of Meeting Held Thursday,March 17,2005 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 3 <br /> Committee Members Present: Walter Yarosh, Thomas O'Hara, Lee Gurney,Robert Nelson, and Richard <br /> Stevens. <br /> Absent: Mary LeBlanc. <br /> Invited Participants: Tom Fudala(Town Planner)and Pat White (Building Department)joined the Committee <br /> at 9:20 a.m. for discussion portion. <br /> Summary <br /> • USA Fitness& Spa for Women—Sign Stamped Approved. <br /> • Volta Oil Company Inc. — Sign being substituted for special permit sign already at site stamped <br /> approved with condition to raise D'Angelo sign up flush with top of the windows. <br /> • 334 Main Street, McShane Construction—Proposed Plan stamped approved. <br /> Walter Yarosh, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. <br /> Sans c <br /> CD <br /> 502 Main Street �° <br /> u� <br /> USA Fitness & Spa for Women <br /> New Signage <br /> Brian Clifford and Craig Morley <br /> Craig Morley appeared and the signage proposed was reviewed. en M <br /> Conclusion: Sign Stamped Approved ` ' <br /> Volta Oil Company, Inc. <br /> 414 Nathan Ellis Highway <br /> Sign Changes <br /> Kevin Kirrane <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane addressed the Committee stating that there is a Special Permit sign on the site already <br /> and they are merely submitting substituted signage exactly the same size as one that had already been given <br /> Special Permit. He noted that the sign is being moved, as requested by the Board of Appeals. <br /> Conclusion: Sign being substituted for special permit sign already at site stamped approved with <br /> condition to raise D'Angelo sign up flush with top of the windows. <br />
