Applicant stated they would use gooseneck lighting option, rather than pursuing special permit <br /> for other lighting options. <br /> 2. Replacement building wall sign approved, subject to size being approved by Building <br /> Department. <br /> 3. Proposed sign to be added at side wall by back parking area approved subject to size being <br /> approved by Building Department. <br /> 4. Replacement for sign on post approved...they are using same post,merely replacing sign. <br /> 5. Clearance signage on canopy approved with condition color of banner on building will be cream <br /> colored with blue lettering. <br /> 6. To provide site PIan showing location of where directional signs are going to be placed. This <br /> site Plan can be left with Building Department for Design Review to review. <br /> • Wags Road—To submit Plans that are to show footprint and elevation and everything to scale. Should <br /> indicate on Plans tanks or anything to be stored outside, including dumpsters, as well as indication of <br /> materials being used; colors; dimensions of building(s); and lighting proposed. According to Applicant, <br /> their power easement agreement with NStar stipulates they cannot have any poles for lighting. <br /> Landscape Plan needed, <br /> 6 Falmouth Road— Stamped Approved. <br /> Walter Yarosh, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. <br /> Mashpee Commons <br /> Interior Details <br /> Signage proposed was reviewed. <br /> Conclusion: Sign Stamped Approved with condition to be not more than 10% of the building area. <br />
