Associated Fire Alarm with Central Station Supervision. <br /> B) Dry Sidewall Sprinklers to Protect the sides of the building from Storage On <br /> Concrete Slab (ie Acetylene & Oxygen tanks with CMU barrier Between). <br /> C) Flammable Liquid/Chemical Storage Room Per NFPA 30 <br /> Provide an Inside Storage Room per Section 416.14 of the Massachusetts State <br /> Building Code, Section 4.4 of NFPA 30-2000 Edition, and Section 14.03 (18)(d) <br /> of 527 CMR(Fire Prevention Code). For an Inside Storage Room Section 146.14 <br /> of 780 CMR and Section 14.03(18)(d) of 527 revert to NFPA 30 for design and <br /> protection requirements. Accordingly the upgrade of the existing Inside Storage <br /> .Room specifically requires conformance to NFPA 30. <br /> l. Cut off the storage-room from the boat maintenance/storage area. <br /> The walls shall be minimum I hour rated per Table 4.4.2.1 of <br /> NFPA 30 (2 hr recommended). All walls shall be from floor level to <br /> the roof decking. Provide a minimum I hour rated roof ceiling <br /> assembly. <br />
