Approved subject to Fire Department approval. Letter to Design Review from Fire Chief <br /> indicating Fire Department approval needed. <br /> 2. Landscape Plan approved as noted. <br /> • 11 Cape Drive - Site Plan approved; Landscape Plan approved with suggestion they consider putting <br /> some vegetation in front of the wall; and Building Plan approved. <br /> • 103 Industrial Drive -Conclusion: Site Plan approved; and Building Plan approved. <br /> • 89 Industrial Drive - Conclusion: Bond not to be released until they comply with Plan outlined by Mary <br /> LeBlanc.
