Breakaway at Trinity Place <br /> Bar-B-Q Grills <br /> 23 Simons Road <br /> John Bellerose <br /> John Bellerose appeared and said there was some miscommunication because he thought Mike Day was going to be here <br /> to make the proposal for the signage. Design Review explained to Mr. Bellerose that the photo he showed had signage on <br /> awning and on the building and that the whole thing has to equal 20 square feet. In addition, Mr. Bellerose should show <br /> color chip for color to be used on the sign and also he should show Design Review exactly how he proposes to light the <br /> signs. <br /> Conclusion: Not approved. <br /> Dunkin Donuts <br /> 40 South Street <br /> Sal Couto <br /> Sal Couto and John Karatheodore appeared. Sal Couto showed photo of what an existing Dunkin Donuts site looks like <br /> and also a photo of what they are proposing to use at South Street site. He explained that they do not have an option as to <br /> colors; what they are proposing are the corporate colors. Following points were made during the discussion and review of <br /> proposed signage: <br /> Lettering on awnings allowed, but show lettering size. <br /> • Signage total must be no more than 20 square feet for Design Review to decide;otherwise variance needed. <br /> • Proposed Plans do not agree. Architect's Plan has one measurement for signage; and signage Plan has different <br /> measurements. <br /> Mr. Couto said he will have revised Plans drawn up and that the measurements of the signage will be no more than 20 <br /> square feet total. <br /> Conclusion: Approved 20 square feet total signage as proposed. <br /> Plan and Site Review <br /> Duck Pond <br /> 106 Falmouth Road <br /> Final Set of Plans Buildings s 1 &2 <br /> Stuart Bornstein appeared and said that building Plan for building 1 has been approved and now he is requesting approval <br /> of building 2, which he said is the same as building 1 except a little smaller than building 1. 1n reviewing and comparing <br /> the plans of both buildings, Design Review Committee noticed that an elevator shaft and vent are shown on the building 1 <br /> plan that were not shown on the Building 1 Plan that was approved. Mr. Bornstein said that is because it had to be put in <br /> due to State requirements. <br /> Conclusion: Building 2 Plan stamped approved. <br /> Auproval of Minutes <br /> Minutes of March 29, 2007 were approved. <br /> Ad <br /> journment...Meeting was adjourned at 10:05 a.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> e =hbert <br /> ecog Secretary <br />
