Mashpee Design Review Committee <br /> Minutes of Meeting Held Thursday, November 8,2007 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 1 <br /> Committee Members Present: Robert Nelson, Thomas O'Hara, Tom Jalowy, and Richard Stevens. <br /> i <br /> Absent: Walter Yarosh. <br /> Thomas O'Hara, Vice Chairman, called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. <br /> Signs <br /> Sugar a' Spice Coffee Shoppe <br /> Unit#9,401 Nathan Ellis Highway <br /> Mark Despotopulos <br /> Mark Despotopulos was present. In reviewing the signage application the Committee questioned the size of the <br /> sign because the paperwork stated it was 4Xi2. Mr. Despotopulos said that they merely pulled down the Honey <br /> Dew sign and placed his in place of it. It was thought that perhaps the sign was probably more like 4X4 and the <br /> rest was the canvas area. <br /> Conclusion: Stamped approved with condition that sign is to be no larger than 4X5 in size. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> Minutes of October 25, 2007 were approved. <br /> Adjournment...This portion of Design Review Meeting was adjourned at 8:40 a.m. so that the Committee <br /> could reconvene for a combined meeting with the Plan Review Committee. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> e Giliberti <br /> Recording Secretary <br />
