Minutes of Combined Meeting of <br /> Mashpee Design Review Committee and <br /> Mashpee Plan Review Committee <br /> Held Thursday,November 8,2007 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 1 <br /> Design Review Members Present: Thomas O'Hara,Robert Nelson, Tom Jalowy, and Richard Stevens. <br /> Plan Review Members Present: <br /> Richard Stevens, Building Inspector <br /> Charlie Maintanis, Local Inspector <br /> Sheldon Hamblin, Deputy Fire Chief <br /> Drew McManus, Conservation Agent <br /> Tom Fudala,Town Planner(arrived 9:15 a.m.) <br /> Glen Harrington—Health Agent <br /> George Baker—Fire Chief(arrived 9:25 a.m.) <br /> Meeting called to order at 9:03 a.m. <br /> PROJECT FOR REVIEW: <br /> Tom Mackey <br /> 166 Noisy Hole Road <br /> Accessory Apartment <br /> Tom Mackey appeared and showed floor plan for the accessory apartment. Following issues were <br /> addressed during the review: <br /> • Hallway in back explained. <br /> • Septic is okay. <br /> • Smoke detectors will be connected to the main house. Mr. Mackey said he has plan signed off by <br /> the Fire Department. <br /> • Applicant told he needs smoke detectors in the existing house. He said the electrician is doing <br /> that. <br /> • Bob Nelson pointed out that the applicant has to go to ZBA for special permit. Mr. Mackey said <br /> he is going there on the 28'h. <br />
