Minutes of Combined Meeting of <br /> Mashpee Design Review Committee and <br /> Mashpee Plan Review Committee <br /> Held Thursday,February 7, <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 1 <br /> Design Review Members Present: Walter Yarosh, Thomas O'Hara,Robert Nelson, and Richard <br /> Stevens. <br /> Plan Review Members Present: <br /> Richard Stevens,Building Inspector <br /> Sheldon Hamblin,Deputy Fire Chief <br /> Glen Harrington,Health Agent <br /> Drew McManus, Conservation Agent <br /> Tom Fudala, Town Planner <br /> Charlie Maintanis, Local Inspector <br /> Joel Clifford—Fire Department <br /> Audience: Robert Wooldridge--Americans with Disabilities Act Committee <br /> Richard Stevens called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m. <br /> PROJECTS FOR REVIEW: <br /> Doug Storrs <br /> Building 22 (Post Office) <br /> Mashpee Commons <br /> Wind conversion facilities Installed on existing Building I I <br /> Talbot's Store _ <br /> New Post Office <br /> Doug Storrs addressed the Committee and showed the site plan for Building 22 to house the new <br /> post office on Steeple Street. The building will be next to the library. Attached to the post office <br /> building will be a two-story building for retail store use. Mr. Storrs explained the post office <br /> building interior in detail...explaining the various entrances. He pointed out the front entrance to <br /> j the post office; the side entrance to the post office mailbox pick-up area; and office entrance of <br /> the attached retail building. He also identified the escape_door to the post office, as well as their <br /> loading dock door. During the lengthy review and discussion period the following <br /> issues/comments were exchanged: <br />
