Summarization...Matt Eddy summarized as follows: <br /> b# <br /> 1. Remove raised crosswalk; they're not going to be brick. <br /> 2. Sloped curb at the radius. <br /> 3. Provide assurance from Engineer that the sidewalk would support the jacks. <br /> 4. 3 foot separation from pavement to the light poles. <br /> 5. 9-112' parking stalls. <br /> 6. Loading zone over by the lighting poles. <br /> 7. One of the handicap parking spaces to be van accessible. <br /> 8. Extend relocation of Commercial Street South by one more parking lane. <br /> Tom O'Hara said if they had a little curb at the side of Roche that might slow traffic down...they will consider <br /> this. <br /> Tom Fudala asked that they look at the North side to soften the radius a little at the "zigzag" section. They said <br /> that shouldn't be a problem. <br /> Matthew Eddy said that the next step will be for them to go to the Planning Board. Tom Fudala said there <br /> should be 2 public hearings on this. 2 Hearings would be advertised, but they could be done at one time. In <br /> addition, Tom said they should talk to Cape Cod Commission as well. <br /> Charles Talanian and Matthew Eddy exited the meeting. <br /> Approval of Minutes.—The Minutes of September 25, 2008 were approved. <br /> Discussion <br /> Glen Harrington advised that the Board of Health had required paving where buses were parked at the Pina. <br /> Enterprises Bowdoin Road site.
