Tom O'Hara commented that everything should be cleaned up. Bill Gavigan asked if they may make one addition to the <br /> drawings submitted. He said the signage proposed is just basic signage that they use at all locations. <br /> He said he did not do computations on size of the sign. Tom O'Hara explained how to calculate the <br /> signage allowance and how allowance is distributed. <br /> Bill Gavigan stated that the awning is just a patio-style awning. He said they will take the letters off if <br /> that's going to be an issue. Tom O'Hara pointed out that they could put that lettering on the window. <br /> CONCLUSION: Mr. Gavigan said he will go to the site and survey the location and will submit <br /> new drawings. 1f letters work and fall within 5% of front, then it will be all right. No problem <br /> with the sign; just do the numbers and submit. <br /> Picnic Box <br /> Re guest approval of sin replacement <br /> -Joyce-Lyons-appeared-and-said this-is replacement of-a-roof-sign that's-been-there-for 18-years.. Tom — <br /> O'Hara pointed out that roof signs are not allowed anymore. <br /> CONCLUSION: Approved since roof sign was there before 1985; storm brought current sign <br /> down; this is a repair and therefore replacement sign is approved. Tom O'Hara said to keep it <br /> at the gutter line. Joyce Lyons said she is going to do the new roof in front first.
