Sandra Cobb responded if she's home, "yes". <br /> Ben Perry said if the Board approves this he would suggest certain conditions be attached. He asked <br /> Sandra whether she would be willing to work with the Board on certain conditions. She said <br /> i <br /> "absolutely'. <br /> A member of the audience asked if this goes through, is there an appeal process? <br /> Glen Harrington made a recommendation that this hearing be continued so the animal control officers <br /> j could go to the site and get a better idea of what needs to be done. Ben Perry said if after inspection <br /> it is recommended to approve he would recommend approval for 6 months with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> • Limit number of dogs to 6. <br /> • As number decreases, not to replace. <br /> • When no one is home, dogs are not to be left outside at all. <br /> • Recommends no breeding. <br /> • Dedicated room or ways to curb noise in house so noise not heard outside. <br /> Ben Perry addressed Sandra Cobb and said that the main issue of the neighbors is the noise. He <br /> said barking collars are too big for this type of dog but there are other solutions. There is a device <br /> you can put on a fenceltreelwall of the house that is battery operated.
