64 Industrial Drive Request to renew past approvals and permit the parcel for the 100X200 steel Building which was submitted for approval in 2008 Representative— R. Scott Jones R. Scott Jones and Kevin Pepe appeared. Mr. Jones said they are proposing exactly the same plan from 2 years ago except the variation is the possibility for a loading dock. Mr. Scott said they are looking to renew approvals given in 2008. He said this is just a preliminary discussion so that when he does come back he'll have in condition to be reviewed and approved. • Variance expires, has to go to ZBA. Cape Cod Commission approved this plan. • Non-combustible steel building. • Purpose: Warehouse. ., Has sprinkler system. Mr. Jones said he hired builder who was the gentleman who purchased this property and he built the warehouse directly behind this building. • Chief Baker,asked whether he has a new site plan? Mr. Jones said "no", he is sticking with this one. • Chief Baker said Mr. Jones' fire protection engineer should contact Sheldon Hamblin for the template that can lay over the plan re Fire Department access turns. • Chief Baker said that use of the building dictates Fire Department access requirements. • Charlie Maintanis noted that this Plan shows there is some office areas also. • Glen Harrington said the Board of Health approval.and permit is good until 2/13/2011 and can be extended for one year if applied for 30 days prior to expiration. • Mr. Jones said Cape Cod Commission approved 7 different use groups. Bob Nelson said if you are coming back to ZBA, then specify exactly the use of the building. • Both Tom Fudala and Tom O'Hara said they feel it is too much building for this lot size. Needed for formal review: • Loading dock on plan. • Use. • Parking to be looked at based on use. 'By-Law changed that says you can't have more paved parking than required. • Meet Fire Department requirements. Approval of Minutes...
