Jean Thomas at <br /> • Grade 7, Step 4, with eligibility for merit increase on her anniversary date to <br /> Step 5; Lansing Pocknett will continue in his elassifioation at Grade 7, Step 9, <br /> with eligibility for merit increase on-his anniversary date.to Step 10. <br /> Mr. Parolski brought to the attention of the Board that commencing in 1976, <br /> as stated in Chapter 2, Article 1, Section 10 of the Town by-laws, the Personnel <br /> Board has the responsibility of establishing job qualifications and recommendation <br /> to the Board of Selectmen concerning the appointment of a Harbormaster for a term <br /> of one year. A letter to this effect will be sent to the Selectmen, requesting a <br /> discussion of this matter at their earliest convenience., particularly in view of <br /> the resignation of Gordon Crowell. <br /> The neon meeting will beheld at«Town Hall on Monday evening; ,February 23, 1976. <br /> Appointments will be made. with Jerry, DePalma, Park Recreation Director, for dis- <br /> cussion of proposed articles for Annual Town Meetings George Green for discussion <br /> of salary figures for his department for 1976/77 fiscal year« and with the Conser- <br /> vation Commission for diacusaiaih of,their proposed article `fora fall-time Conser- <br /> vation Officer. . . ,. <br /> Having no foxther business the meeting was adjourned. <br /> Respectively submitted, , <br /> jea <br /> I? <br /> R 4 <br />
