Planning Board Meeting <br /> Minutes of June 55 1985 Page 8 <br /> At this point in the meeting, Michelle Stone arrived. <br /> Public Hearing _ Frederick D. Jonas <br /> Richardson Jonas stepped down from the Board during the hearing <br /> on a sub-division of land located off Valerie Circle submitted by <br /> Frederick Jonas. Bill Warwick was present to represent the <br /> applicant. <br /> The Board made a review of the Plan Review Summary submitted by the <br /> Town Engineer. After review, Mr. Warwick agreed to make the changes. <br /> Richardson Jonas indicated that he would work out the drainage. The <br /> Town Engineer said that he had no objection. <br /> Chairman Dubin asked for a vote of the Committee subject to the <br /> drainage being worked out and subject to all the other changes being <br /> made. Harold Collins so moved. Michelle Stone seconded. All in <br /> favor. <br /> Public Hearing z Cranberry FgAl ty Trust - <br /> Location: End of Ed ewater Rd. on the East Bank of Santuit Pond <br /> Chairman Dubin stepped down from the Board during the hearing. Mr. Warwick agreed to make the necessary changes. <br /> Richardson Jonas moved to accept the plan of Cranberry Realty Trust <br /> subject to the changes as requested by the consultant. Jacobi <br /> The Board reviewed a letter dated May 23 from Chris Costa of All Cape <br /> Survey requesting the Planning Board to act on granting Preliminary <br /> Approval on the project of Little Harbor Developers. <br /> The Town Engineer indicated to the Board that he would not be able to <br /> have his report to them until July 10. After some discussion, <br /> Chairman Dubin commented that he would contact the parties involved <br /> to state the Board did not see any problems at this point but that it <br /> should not be construed as approval . <br />
