' At that time , she had requested the assistance of the Floating Clerk and" never had any response to the request . The report was never done and now- the Government has sent another notice giving the Town 'fifteen days �to comply . ", TheiPersonnel As- sistant advised the Board that thelwork16a8 in the Personnel Office has not subsided but has increased : The Department is coming into 'one bf'\its busi- est times .of the year . She advised that Board that she would need the help of the Floating Clerk if the report `is to be,acomplete . `The; Assistant also advised the Board that she woul"d ' be - meeting with Kevin tomorrow} to' show him what information is in the Personnel computer which might be of help in com pleting the report -. Fiscal Policy Advisory Committee The Board reviewed a mission statement from the Fiscal Policy Advisory Com- mittee which is to develop ,. implement and maintain sound on-going financial management practices , balancing existing and future needs of the Community in combination with .a thorough examination of the revenue stream . The Ad- visory Committee consists of : Al Pols.i , Carl Heiler , Wayne Garrett , Anne Shaw , Treasurer , Diane Rommelmeyer , Town Accountant and Kevin Harrington , Executive Secretary-. The Committee will have its first public meeting on Wednesday, May 23 , at 7 : 00 p .m . in the auditorium of Town Hall and the second at the same time and location on Wednesday, May 30 . Conflict of .Interest Meeting The Board members were advised that there would be a speaker at Town Hall to discuss conflict of interest on May 22 at 7 : 00 p -m , Board of Selectmen ' s Reoorganization The Board reviewed a memo dated May 16 regarding the reorganization of the Board of Selectmen _ It was noted that Selectman Carter is now the Chairman of the Board ,. Carol Jacobson is 'V e Chairman and 'Peter Lawrence is the Clerk , Health Insurance Increase The Board was advised that the employee ' s heAlth insurance rates were increas- ing on June 1 by 2 . 5% . Re-Organization of Personnel Board Ben Lofchie moved to recommend Bob Sullivan as Chairman to the Personnel Board during the next- fiscal year. . and�_Jane Stockbridge as Clerk to the Board . Manny Glickman seconded the motion . Jane Stockbridge asked what the duties of the Clerk were . Chairman Sullivan said that the Clerk fills in in the absence of the Chairman and signs vouchers . Jane Stockbridge accepted the nomination . 5�- , �-^ Bob Sul_l: _va_n':..a.ls,o' accepted the nomination : All were in favor : Annual Evaluation of Personnel Assistant The Board was advised that the -annual evaluation of the Personnel Assistant was due by July 1 . Chairman Sullivan will make out the evaluation as he has done in the past . All were in agreement .
