The Town Planner stated, based upon Town Counsel <br /> decision of a previous project, a definitive plan would be <br /> required in order to delete the old subdivision plan. In <br /> this case there is an old subdivision plan with <br /> approximately thirty (30) lots and four streets overlaid by <br /> the four (4) ANR lots . <br /> The Town Planner has encouraged Mr. Aucoin to file a <br /> definitive plan in order to eliminate the subdivision lots, <br /> perhaps at the same time the definitive plan for the extra <br /> lot is filed, to which Mr. Aucoin agreed. <br /> The Town Planner also informed the Board that in the <br /> event the lots meet frontage requirements and are located <br /> on Town roads; the ANR must be approved. <br /> Reference was made to Parcel A, with the Town Planner <br /> suggesting the other abutter be party to this application <br /> in order to protect his interest in the roadway. <br /> The Consulting Engineer suggested the plan not be <br /> approved, as there are existing streets within the <br /> perimeter that should be shown. <br /> The Chairman noted the filing is not complete as five <br /> (5) copies of the plan have not been provided. <br /> At this point the Town Planner suggested this matter <br /> ---be- continued--for-one month,__._ ----__-_ <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Windchime Point, Inc.-Windchime Point Condominium <br /> Approval of Modification to Special Permit <br /> Post Office <br /> The appointed hour having arrived, the Chairman called <br /> the Public Hearing to order; noting Applicant has requested <br /> a motion to continue . <br /> The Chairman recognized Eleanor Glennor, Windchime <br /> Point resident, who asked the reason for continuance and <br /> whether or not the residents could expect to be notified by <br /> mail of the date of continuance. <br /> The Assistant Town Planner explained the matter is <br /> being continued due to the fact the required plans have not <br /> been prepared.
