He was unable to find <br /> a written determination from Town Counsel . <br /> The Chairman requested a determination from the <br /> Consulting Engineer. <br /> Mr. Rowley noted the plan shows existing roads to be <br /> abandoned by the plan would be accurate. However, he <br /> stated it would be appropriate to use the ANR plan as the <br /> definitive plan to be submitted to the Board in order to <br /> eliminate the paper streets, as well as to show the new <br /> lots with front acreage . <br /> Mr. Rowley stated he feels that rather than showing an <br /> ANR block, said plan should have Planning Board approval of <br /> the decision of the subdivision plan (not just the ANR <br /> endorsement) . He further stated that he would be reluctant <br /> to prepare a plan that did not show true existing <br /> conditions for public record with the knowledge that there <br /> 3 <br />
