The Town Planner suggested the Public Hearing remain open in <br /> order to receive Board of Health input in this matter. <br /> The Chairman entertained a motion to continue the Public <br /> Hearing. <br /> MQTI,QN:, James Dorgan made a Motion to continue the Public <br /> Hearing-M3/151 Trust-Dino Mitrokostas, Tr. , Application for <br /> Special Permit expansion of Johns Pond Center to June 17, 1998 at <br /> 7: 30 p.m. ; which Motion was seconded by Chance Reichel and so <br /> voted unanimously. (This matter concluded at 8: 35 p.m. ) <br /> Discussion-John Thomas/Ron Mycock <br /> Route 28-Potential Commercial Development/Road Access <br /> The Town Planner informed the Board that this matter has <br /> been cancelled. <br /> Discussion-Anthony LaCava/Baxter & Nye <br /> Quashnet Valley-Snead Drive Extension <br /> The Chairman determined there were no representatives <br /> present at the time this matter was called. <br /> Covenant Release-Performance Bond <br /> Willowbend Development Corp. - "The Gardens" Dunrobin Road <br /> Mr. Rowley reported to the Board that notice has been sent <br /> to Applicant in this matter requesting they inform the Board of <br /> release request in order that an inspection can be made. <br /> The Chairman read the following into the Record: "I am <br /> attaching a letter authorizing the Town Treasurer to hold the <br /> excess funds for these roads. As it turns out, the lot we were <br /> interested in fronts Dunrobin Road and not on the cul-de-sacs . <br /> There is no immediate need for the release, but would like to put <br /> this in process. willowbend has agreed to the existing excess <br /> funds and subdivision security passbook account largely accrued <br /> interest to be pledged as security for the remaining work on <br /> Dunrobin. I have attached an estimate for that work indicating a <br /> cost of Forty-Four Thousand ($44, 000 . 00) Dollars, per Board <br /> requirements, security amount would be one hundred-fifty (150W) <br /> percent, or Sixty-Six Thousand ($66, 000 . 00) Dollars. Let me know <br /> if you need anything else in terms of paperwork. " This letter <br /> was addressed to Anne Shaw, dated May 20th. <br /> It was determined that the Town Planner would contact <br /> Attorney McElhinney and request he call Mr. Rowley for the <br /> necessary itemization and financial documentation. <br /> Board Items-Appointment <br /> Planning Board Member to Mashpee Commons Advisory Committee <br /> -12- <br />
