He stated <br /> Applicant would follow through with any recommendations made by <br /> Mr. Rowley, and further noted there would be no changes to the <br /> roads. <br /> Mr. Grassetti also acknowledged the fact that Mr. Rowley <br /> needed to review the drainage. He requested the Planning Board <br /> vote to approve, subject to Mr. Rowley' s review of said drawings. <br /> The Town Planner suggested the vote be subject to a <br /> recording of the Site Plan, as well as to Mr. Rowley' s review of <br /> said drawings. <br /> At this point, Mr. Rowley asked when paving off Bishops Park <br /> is scheduled. Mr. Dawley responded, "Right after Labor Day, the <br /> site should be cleaned up within 30-days" . <br /> Mr. Rowley advised he not wait too long, in order to avoid <br /> the cold weather. Mr. Grassetti assured Mr. Rowley that he would <br /> be notified before any black top was put down.
