If we turn that over to somebody now,to work .with, very few people ,reall like the look of it. So we have to preserve the integrity of the work that's been ., paid for and I think the only. way you're going to do that is to reproduce it in one of the fashions we can* Marsters asked who has the money. Sel. Garland saidthat's another issue, but rather than to turn the map over to somebody now and then two weeks from now you find out you can't reproduce them in any- fashion,-you've lost your $6000. ' 1 think the first step ,would be to reproduce them.,and then turn it over to somebody. . Rowley said you could dut down the cost by having half-size reductions Made. Then as you needed them you could make your fill-in sheets and as they had to be altered because of new subdi sions or new houses, all you got, to do is make a notation on; your original sheet' run off half a dozen copies of that sheet and distribute them to whoever needs them. t think you're much better off to try to get something that's. reproducable that you can work on and store them away someplace. It's an expensive thing to do right away but it's a one shot deal. Once you've got themy then you can work on it. Even ahalf-size would be much less expensive. Sel. Thomas asked Mr. Rowley if that's not the most sensible place for it' as Harold's Office has the master filing for all the information on any particular one thing and that's what we're trying to 'copile. . Rowley feltthat's the logical place to put it for the assignment of numberse . Terry said we should get it started if Charley can help us or we can be sitting here a year from now saying the same thing. arses suggested we see if we can set up the procedure and investigate further the best rep duration of it.
