Where these flood area provisions impose greater or lesser <br /> restrictions or requirements than those of other applica- <br /> ble by-laws or regulations, the more restrictive shall <br /> apply. <br /> SECTION 12: <br /> APPEALS AND BOARD OF APPEALS <br />=w 12.1 There shall be a Board of Appeals as provided for by <br /> the Massachusetts General Laws consisting of three <br /> members. The Board of Selectmen shall appoint the <br /> members annually to a term commencing July 1st. <br /> The members shall be appointed for a term of three <br /> years with the term of one member to expire each <br /> year. The Board of Selectmen may appoint up to six <br /> associate members for similar terms in the same man- <br /> ner.
