C� <br /> CHAPTER III ! <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH,SAFETY,WELFARE,CONVENIENCE <br /> AND GOOD ORDER <br /> Article I. General Sanitary Regulations <br /> Section 1. No person shall throw or sweep into, or place, or drop, or <br /> suffer to remain in any street,any hoops. boards,or other wood with nails <br /> projecting therefrom or nails of any kind, shavings, ashes, hair, manure, <br /> rubbish, offal or filth of any kind,or any noxious or refuse liquid or solid <br /> substance. <br /> Section 2. No person shall allow any sink water or other impure liquid <br /> to run from the house, barn or lot,occupied by him into any street of the <br /> town. <br /> Section 3. No person shall barter, or trade,and collect junk without a <br /> license from the Selectmen of the Town. <br /> Section 4. The Mashpee Town Dump shall be restricted to use by resi- <br /> dents only.All residents must dump in designated locations.All trees must <br /> be cut in five-foot lengths. All commercial garbage and trucking outfits <br /> must be approved by the Board of Health. No autos or parts of autos will <br /> be accepted. All persons who wilfully fail or refuse to comply with these <br /> rules and regulations shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25.00 <br /> and not more than $50.00. <br /> Article H. Regulation of Trailer Coach Parks and Auto-Trailers <br /> Section 1. No license shall be granted under the provisions of Chapter <br /> 140, Section 32A to Section 32L, inclusive, of the General Laws, except <br /> by the unanimous vote of the Board of Selectmen. No renewal of such <br /> license shall be granted except by the unanimous vote of the Board of <br /> Selectmen. <br /> Section 2. RULES AND REGULATIONS.
