Where a subdivision is traversed by a water course, <br /> drainage way, channel or stream the Board <br /> d may re- <br /> quire that there be provided a storm water easement <br /> or drainage right-of-way of adequate width to con- <br /> form substantially to the lines of such water course, <br /> drainage way, channel or stream, and to provide for <br /> construction or other necessary purposes. <br /> 3. Proof of a valid grant of easements to the Town of <br /> Mash pee as shown on the Definitive Plan must be <br /> provided. <br /> 4. Proof of valid regulation or restriction for the pro- <br /> tection of open spaces must be provided in accord with <br /> Section 9.42(7) of the. Mashpee Zoning By-law or any <br /> amendment or revision thereof. <br /> 5. Where slopes cannot be contained within street side <br /> '{ lines, valid slope easements must be provided. <br /> f E. Road Construction Requirements <br /> r1 Each street or portion thereof necessary to serve aae- <br /> ,, quately each lot within the subdivision shall be constructed: <br /> 4 to finish grade as indicated on the Definitive Plan and supple- <br /> mental plans or profiles filed and approved therewith, in ac- <br />� cordance. with the following specifications: <br /> 1. Where the sub-soil within the road layout consists <br /> of peat or similar spongy material, this shall be exca- <br /> vated over a width not less than four feet more than <br /> the width of the finished surface, and replaced with <br /> solid fill as necessary to support the finished roadway. <br /> t 2. The road base shall consist of not less than six inches <br /> of good binding gravel properly shaped and com- <br /> pacted. <br /> 3. The width of the finished surface shall be not less <br /> E than twenty feet, and its center line shall coincide <br /> with the center line of the full right-of-way insofar <br /> as possible, but in no case shall it vary by more than <br /> four feet in either direction. <br /> IJ <br /> 4.
