An original drawing of the Definitive Plan on tracing <br /> cloth plus six contact prints thereof, dark line on <br /> white background, and three prints of road profiles. <br /> The original drawings shall be returned to the appli- <br /> cant after approval or disapproval. <br /> 2. Properly executed application Form C in triplicate. <br /> 3. Submit required fees (see schedule). <br /> B. The applicant shall cause to be filed by delivery or regis- <br /> tered mail a notice with the Town Clerk stating the date of <br /> submission for approval of the Definitive Plan. Such notice <br /> shall also describe the land to which the plan relates suffi- <br /> ciently for identification. <br /> C. At the time of filing of the Definitive Plan, the subdivider <br /> shall also file with the Board of Health one contact print of <br /> 'i the Definitive Plan, dark line on white background. The <br /> Board of Health shall within forty-five days after filing of <br /> t the plan, report to the Board in writing, approval or disap- <br /> proval of said plan. If the Board of Health disapproves said <br /> (� plan, it shall make specific findings as to which, if any, of <br /> the lots shown on such plan cannot be used for building sites <br /> ,.! without injury to the public health, and include such specific <br /> findings and the reasons therefore in such report; and, where <br /> '. possible, shall make recommendations for the adjustment <br /> thereof. <br /> D. Before approval, modification and approval, or disappro- <br /> val, of the Definitive Plan is given, a public hearing shall be <br /> +' held by the Planning Board, notice of the time and place of <br /> which and of the subject matter, sufficient for identification, <br /> a; shall be given by the Planning Board at the expense of the <br /> applicant by advertisement in a newspaper of general circu- <br /> lation in the Town of Mashpee, once in each of two successive <br /> weeks, the first publication being not less than fourteen days <br /> before the day of such hearing or if there is no such news- <br /> paper in such town then by posting such notice in a con- <br /> spicuous place in the town hall for a period of not less than <br /> fourteen days before the day of such hearing, and by mailing <br /> a copy of such advertisement to the applicant and to all <br /> j' owners of land abutting upon the land included in such plan <br /> 14� as appearing on the most recent tax list. <br /> lim <br /> K The. Definitive Plan shall be prepared by a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer and Registered Land Surveyor and shall be <br /> clearly and legibly drawn in black india ink on tracing cloth.:` <br />
