i <br /> SECTION 14: <br /> ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES <br /> 14.1 No building shall be erected, altered or moved in the <br /> Town without a written permit issued by the Build- <br /> ing Inspector. Such permits shall be applied for in <br /> writing to the Building Inspector. The Building In- <br /> spector shall not issue such permit unless the plans <br /> for the building and the intended use thereof in all <br /> r g Y-t respecs fulfill the provisions of this Zoning B Law <br /> � , <br /> except as may have been specifically permitted other- <br /> wise by action of the Board of Appeals, provided a <br /> 4: written copy of the terms governing any such permis- <br /> sion be attached to the application and to the result- <br /> ing building permit issued. One copy of each such per- <br /> mit issued, including any conditions or exceptions at- <br /> tached thereto, shall be kept on file in the office of the <br /> Building Inspector. <br /> 14.2 Each application for a permit to build, alter, or move <br /> a building shall be accompanied by a plot plan in such <br /> number of copies and drawn to such scale as is required <br /> by the Building By-Laws of the Town. Each such plot <br /> plan shall show dimensions and areas of lots and of <br /> structures to be erected, altered or moved, and ad- <br /> UP jacent streets or angles of all lot lines shown thereon, <br /> x ; also of any streets or ways. Such plot plans shall indi- <br /> cate approved street grades and proposed elevations of <br /> F+III, the top of foundations. Also such plot plans shall <br /> show the locations of existing sanitary sewers, storm <br /> 7 drains, and water pipes in any street shown and the <br /> locations of all existing buildings and structures with- <br /> in the application area. Also the location of existing <br /> or proposed wells and sanitary disposal areas shall be <br /> , shown. <br /> 14.3 This Zoning By-Law shall be enforced by the Building <br /> Inspector of the Town. The Building Inspector, upon <br /> being informed in writing of a possible violation of <br /> this By-Law or on his own initiative shall make or <br /> Al cause to be made an investigation of facts and an <br /> Inspection of the .premises where such violation may <br /> exist. The Building Inspector, on evidence of any vio- <br /> lations after investigation and inspection shall give <br /> 42 <br /> ';I <br />
