TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> Additions and Revisions to By-laws <br /> The Annual Town Meeting March 4 1968 <br /> , CHAPT <br /> ER <br /> III, ARTICLE III, SECTION 3 of the By-laws of the Town <br /> of Mashpee were amended by deleting said Section 3 and in- <br /> serting in its place the following: <br /> Trailers may be parked throughout the Town subject to <br /> the following regulations. For the purpose of this by-law <br /> "Trailer" is defined as follows: Any of the various types of <br /> towed vehicles used for human habitation or for business <br /> purposes or adapted from such vehicles, but excluding vehi- <br /> cles used only for the transportation of materials, products, <br /> or animals. <br /> I <br /> No person shall park, store, or occupy a trailer for living <br /> f k I or business purposes except: <br /> (1) In a garage or other accessory building or in the rear <br /> i half of a lot owned or occupied by the owner of the <br /> t¢! trailer (if placed so as to conform to the yard require- <br /> ments for main buildings in the same zone), but its <br /> use for business and living purposes is prohibited (un- <br /> less temporary occupancy is permitted by the Board <br /> K of Appeals incidental to the construction of a perma- <br /> H! <br /> 541 <br /> nent home). <br />(¢ <br /> a (2) The owner of the land may permit occupancy of such <br /> land by non-paying guests using a trailer, for living <br /> purposes, for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days <br /> in any calendar year. A permit for this purpose must <br /> be obtained from the Selectmen before the land can <br /> be so occupied. No more than one guest' per- <br /> mitted with any one residence or on any one llot. <br /> er` (3) A temporary office incidental to a construction on or <br /> jr development of the premises on which the trailer is <br /> located. <br /> SIr CHAPTER III, ARTICLE II "F" (BUSINESS DISTRICT) <br /> Insert after sub-paragraph (a) the following: <br /> (b) Additional uses permitted: retail stores, banks, pro- <br /> fessional offices, service outlets, automobile <br /> garages <br /> and <br /> salesrooms, <br /> , <br />{! s, theaters, and restaurants. <br /> d4 <br /> t. <br />
