t7 <br /> (2) The names of the recorded owners and the appli- <br /> cant and the name of the registered engineer or <br /> registered land surveyor. <br /> (3) The name of all abutters, as determined from the <br /> most recent local tax list. <br /> (4) The existing and proposed lines of streets, ways, <br /> € easements, and any public areas within the sub- <br /> division, in a general manner. <br /> (5) The approximate boundary lines of proposed lots, <br /> with approximate areas and dimensions. <br /> f; <br /> (6) The names, approximate location and widths of ad- <br /> jacent streets. <br /> (7) The proposed system of drainage, including adja- <br /> cent existing natural waterways and marshes, in a <br /> general manner. <br /> •K <br /> (8) The topography of the land in a general manner <br /> or, if requested by the Board, the applicant shall <br /> r� furnish an accurate topographic map at a contour <br /> interval suitable to the Board showing also major <br /> site features such as buildings, ponds, streams, large <br /> I' trees (over 12 inch caliper) or heavily wooded areas, <br /> etc. <br /> (9) Profiles of proposed streets showing existing and <br /> proposed grades along the centerlines. (May be {' <br /> submitted on separate sheets.) a l <br /> 3. Where the applicant owns-or controls unsubdivided land <br /> adjacent to that shown on the preliminary plan, it is sug- <br /> gested that the applicant submit a sketch plan showing a <br /> I it?r <br /> possible or prospective street layout for all such adjacent :. <br /> land owned or controlled by the applicant or subdivider. This <br /> sketch plan, and items (7) through (9,) above, may be sub- <br /> mitted separately from the preliminary plan, but the prelim- <br /> inary plan will not be deemed to be before the Board until <br /> they are presented. <br /> 4. The Board shall, within sixty days of the date of sub- <br /> mission of the preliminary plan: <br /> a. Tentatively approve plan with or without modifi- <br /> cations suggested by it or agreed upon by the person <br /> submitting the plan, noting thereon its action and <br /> any changes that should be made, or '� <br /> b. Disapprove plan stating its reason therefor in reason- <br /> able detail. <br /> c. The Board shall notify the Town Clerk of its action. <br /> 21 <br /> i . <br />
