Any person who submits a definitive plan for the sub- <br /> division of land to the Board for its approval shall file with <br /> .i the Board the following at the regularly scheduled meeting <br /> and give written notice to the Town Clerk by delivery or :by <br /> registered mail, postage prepaid, that he has submitted such <br /> a plan. Such notice shall describe the land to which the plan <br /> relates sufficiently for identification and shall state the date <br /> s! when such plan was submitted to the Board and the name <br /> and address of the owner of such land: i <br /> a. An original of the definitive plan drawn with water- <br /> proof ink on tracing cloth and three contact prints <br /> 3;' thereof, dark line on white background and three <br /> { prints of the road profiles. The original drawing will <br /> be returned after approval or disapproval. <br /> b. Properly executed Application Form C in triplicate. <br /> 2. Before approval of the definitive plan is given, a public <br /> ' hearing shall be held :by the Board, notice of which shall be <br /> given at the expense of the applicant. Said notice shall give <br /> the time and place of the hearing and the subject matter <br /> f sufficient for identification by 'advertisement in an official <br /> publication of, or in a newspaper of general circulation, in <br /> the Town of Mashpee in each of two successive weeks. The <br /> 4.;.! first publication being not less than fourteen days before the <br /> day of such hearing. Copies of such notice shall be mailed <br /> by the applicant by registered mail, return receipt requested, <br /> to all owners of land abutting upon the land included in said <br /> plan as appearing upon the most recent tax list. <br /> 3. When a definitive plan of a subdivision is submitted to <br /> a the Board, 'a copy thereof shall also be filed with the Board <br /> of Health by the applicant. <br /> 4.
