41: I <br /> be clearly and legibly drawn in black india ink on tracing <br /> cloth. The plan should be drawn to a scale satisfactory to <br /> the board and sheet sizes conforming to one of the following <br /> sizes where applicable: 11"x 16"; 18"x 24"; 24"x 36"; and <br /> preferably not to exceed 30"x 40". A margin of 3/4" shall be <br /> allowed. If multiple sheets are used they should be accom- <br /> panied by :an index sheet showing the entire subdivision. <br /> f Profiles shall have a reference to permanent bench marks <br /> on mean sea level datum, and shall be indicated and de- <br /> scribed on the plan. The definitive plan shall contain the <br /> following information: <br /> a. Subdivision name, boundaries, north point, date, <br /> scale, legend, proposed names of streets (in pencil) <br /> and the zoning classification. <br /> b. Name of record owner with address, subdivider, regis- <br /> tered engineer or registered land surveyor. <br /> c. Names of all abutters, as determined from the most <br /> recent tax list. <br /> d. Lines must be indicated by bearings referred to the <br /> Massachusetts Co-ordinate system where control <br /> points on that system are available within 1000' of <br /> r' locus. <br /> e. Existing and proposed lines of streets, ways, lots ease- <br /> ments, and public or common areas within the sub- '!I <br /> division. <br /> f. Sufficient data to determine the location, direction <br /> and length of every street and way line, lot line and <br /> boundary line -and to establish these lines on the ;! <br /> ground. . <br /> g. All dots or other divisions of land are to be desig- <br /> nated numerically and in sequence, or in case of <br /> registered land a numbering system approved by the <br /> land court is to be used. <br /> h. The plans for each project must give information <br /> satisfactory to the Board to accurately locate pro- <br /> posed streets as well as their accurate connection <br /> with other existing streets in the vicinity. <br /> i. The plans must show the length and direction of <br /> streets and boundary lines, the length and radii, tan- <br /> gents and angles of all curves, together with the <br /> width of streets and ways. The Board may require a general plot plan to a suit- <br /> able scale showing the relation of the proposed sub- <br /> division to adjoining property within a radius of 1/4 <br /> mile or to the nearest existing streets on all sides. <br /> 23 <br /> r � <br />
