In the r <br /> event of erosion or damage within streets rights-of-way caused by their';, <br /> construction, the owner of the land shall make repairs to restore the <br /> road layout not later than 10 days after being directed to do so by <br /> the Building Inspector or the security posted will be forfeited and <br /> applied to the cost of said repairs and the owner will fie responsible j <br /> for any cost in excess of the security.
