Article 36Ji <br /> i <br /> The Moderator read Article 36 <br /> i <br /> Article 36. <br /> To see if the Town of 21ashnee will vote to amend the zoninq by- <br /> law, as amended, by rezoning two certain parcels of land in "lashoee <br /> currently zoned I-1 (Industrial) to C-3 (Commercial) or take any <br /> action relating thereto. <br /> Parcel I (Tavares Lot). The land located on the South side of <br /> Rt. 28, immediately West of Bowdoin Rd., known as Lot 17 on Land 6 <br /> Court Plan #33783 B, and more particularly described as follows: <br /> Starting at a point 731.29 ft. west of a :lass. Highway bound located <br /> in front of Terry, Dunning & Terry offices, oroceedinq Northeast <br /> 72o-24'-30" a distance of 250.00 ft. to a point that begins a circular <br /> arc 78.54' in length to a ooint of tangency, thence oroceedinq South- <br /> easterly 17° 35'-30" a distance of 200.00 ft. to a point, thence <br /> proceeding Southwesterly 72!!24'-30" a distance 3nn ft. to a point, <br /> thence proceeding Northwesterly 17-35'-30" a distance of 250.00 ft. <br /> to the point of origin; encompassing an area of 74,463 sq. ft. <br /> Parcel II (Botd1lo Lot) .
