Procedures <br />� for• approval of garden apartments are i nden t i cal to <br /> those for approval of attached single-family units a. • <br /> specified in Sections 9.3 through 9 . 392 of th 1 s <br /> BY-LaQ . The following provisions shall govern in the <br /> case of garden apartments . Not le_.s than four 44) nor <br /> more than eight 8) garden apartment units , w i th no <br /> portion of the building tel ow the first story nor <br /> ,above the second star•:*' used for dwelling purpose=_. , ma:: <br /> be constructed in a single structure in an R-4 Zoning <br /> .District .
