Such a plan will give <br /> dates for the completion of each structure and <br /> functional area shown on the overall plan of <br /> development . The Planning Board shall approve the <br /> phasing of the construction of single-family un i tsr <br /> community buildings and recreational fac i 1 i t i es so as <br /> to render the construction of the development i n an <br /> orderly fashion and to protect the individual lot <br /> owners within the development . Building permits for <br /> construction shall be granted only in .accordance with <br /> such phasing schedule . , The project phasing asing •_.�_.- -h.; <br /> dule <br /> may be amended by the Planning Board to a. less <br /> stringent schedule in cases where the Planning Board <br /> finds that individual lot owners are adequately <br /> protected. <br /> 9. 35 Space Requirements <br /> 9. 351 No single family or accessory use structure <br /> shall be built closer to the street line , sideline- , <br /> or rear line than the minimum requirement of the <br /> underlying zoning district .and no structure shall be <br /> built closer to the street line , sideline , or rear <br /> line than fifty (50) feet ; two (2) separate parking <br /> spaces shall be provided for each dwelling unit . f; <br /> 9. 35E H buffer strip of land equal in width to the <br /> front yard requirement of the underlying zoning <br /> district shall be created along the entire perimeter <br /> of the parcel . The buffer strip shall be unbroken <br /> except t for access roads. The buffer strip shall be <br /> considered part of the open space . The buffer strip shall <br /> be retained in its natural state or landscaped if in the <br /> opinion of the Planning Board it is necessary to <br /> protect privacy of adjoining land owners and sha l l <br /> not be used for parking or organized recreational <br /> activities. The Planning Board may require a buffer <br /> strip in excess of the minimum requirement depending <br /> on the use of the adjoing land. <br /> 9.36 Common Open Space <br /> 9. 361 The common open space shall be a defined <br /> .area of open land shown on the definitive development <br /> plan containing not less than thirty (30 ) percent of <br /> the total land area, and shall be designed and <br /> maintained in accordance with the following <br /> standards : <br /> 9.3611 Naturally existing woods , meadow and <br /> i <br />
