Wastes composed. <br /> in part or entirely of toxic or hazardous <br /> materials shall be retained in product tight <br /> containers for removal and disposal by a. licensed <br /> s.cavanger service or as directed by the Board of <br /> Health . <br /> I <br /> 5. 1 .5 Contaminant levels in groundwater resulting from <br /> disposal of process via.stes from operations other <br /> than personal hygiene and food from residents <br /> patrons and employees or from wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal systems greater than 15 ,000 gallons <br /> j per day capacity shall not exceed those levels <br /> specified in Tables C and E of the "Drinking Water <br /> Regulations of t-Ia.ssachusetts" (DEGE, Tune 15, <br /> 1977) , after a.l lo(.,..ling for dilution by natural <br /> recharge on the premises .
