Land area exposed at any one time shall be <br /> minimized and land shall be returned to a. natural <br /> vegetative state within one year of completion of <br /> operations,. <br /> 5. 1 .8 Where the premises are Partial 1 y outside of the j <br /> WaterResource District , such potential pollution <br /> sources as on—site waste disposal systems shall , <br /> to the strictest degree possible , be located j <br /> outside the District , and to the downside of the � <br /> water slope . <br /> 6. Water Quality Review <br /> 1 Water Quality Review Committee . There is hereby <br /> established a Water Quality Review Committee , <br /> comprising one representative each appointed from <br /> time to time by the Board of Selectmen , Board of <br /> Health , Planning Board, Conservation Commission <br /> and the Board of Appeals. <br /> 6.' Certificate of Water Quality Compliance . A <br /> Certificate of !,,later Qua.l i ty Compliance shall be <br /> obtained by the owner of the premises from, the I` <br /> Water Quality Review Committee or , for Special � <br /> Permit uses, from the Board of Appeals , for the <br /> following activities in Water Resource Districts: <br /> a. . for erection of any new principal structure <br /> other than a. single family dwelling or for <br /> change in occupancy requiring a Certificate I <br /> of Use and Occupancy under the State Building � <br /> Code ; <br /> b. a change in use of premises or alterations, <br /> enlarging structure by more than twenty—five <br /> percent ; <br /> c . for occupancy of _ any premises not requiring a <br /> Certificate of Use and Occupancy but involving <br /> the storage , handling or transportation of <br /> toxic or hazardous wastes; <br /> tes; <br /> 6.3 No building permit or Certificate of Use and <br /> Occupancy shall be issued by the Building <br /> Inspector unless a Certificate of Water Quality <br /> Complaince , if required, has been obtained. <br /> 6• 4 Requirements .
