F(5) "Sales places for flowers, garden supplies, agricultural produce,partly or <br /> wholly outdoors, including commercial greenhouses." <br /> L(13) "Temporary sales of Christmas trees,provided the sales shall not be <br /> conducted before Thanksgiving or after December 31, and all trees, signs and temporary <br /> structures shall be set back a minimum of forty(40) feet from all streets and shall be <br /> removed within ten(10) days after the close of the sale." <br /> There was brief discussion regarding a proposed lighting bylaw. It was agreed to <br /> adopt the same language included in the cell tower bylaw, Design Standards F.3.A., as a <br /> General Bylaw. <br /> There was some discussion regarding the possibility of proposing a helicopter use <br /> Bylaw. The Town Planner stated he would do more research in this regard. <br /> Adjournment <br /> There being no further Planning Board business to address the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion to adjourn. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to adjourn the Meeting; which <br /> Motion was duly seconded by Joseph Mullin and so voted unanimously. <br /> (The June 3, 2009 Planning Board Meeting was thereupon dissolved at 8:30 p.m.) <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Henrietta DeArcangelis <br /> Board Secretary <br /> 5 <br />
