Minutes - February 20, 1985 Page 2 <br /> 'Ar. Costa asked the Building Inspector how this might effect <br /> the parking in that area. <br /> Mr. Boyd felt that there were alot of flex time operations <br /> in that area being the busiest either very early or late in the <br /> evening. <br /> Mr. Costa felt with another restaurant in the area this <br /> would create a parking problem. <br /> 'Mr. rJakunas felt the owners (Peter's Hartel) should be asked <br /> to come before the Board to discuss the parking problem <br /> .Jr. Costa felt that this should be taken under advisement <br /> until the Board could see what the plans f or the parking in that <br /> area would be. ':�1r. Costa felt there was poor planning on the <br /> parking lot. Dir. Hanrahan was in agreement. <br /> Mr. `rlakunas felt that by requesting the owners to come before <br /> the Board before anymore hearings would be scheduled it would <br /> cause them to do something about this. <br /> :1r. Sexton stated under the commercial zoning item 2, that <br /> reads eating places serving food and beverages to be consumed within <br /> the building. Mr. Sexton f elt that they could not issue a permit <br /> with this as the zoning. Mr. Sexton asked Mr. Burton how he would <br /> propose to, prevent people from taking out their food. Mr. Burton <br /> said that he wouldn't. <br /> Mr. Costa felt the intent of the by-law is that there be no <br /> outside dining unless it is in a screened in area. <br /> ,Ir. ".Iakunas made a motion to grant the permit limiting the <br /> seating capacity to 22 chairs. Mr. Hanrahan seconded the motion <br /> all agreed. <br /> Mr. Burton explained that there would be 5 tables with 4 chairs <br /> and 2 chairs were to placed against the wall. <br /> Bernard T. BergTeron - requested a Special Permit under Section 6. 3 <br /> of the Land Use Requirements for permission to groom all breeds and <br /> sell pet supplies (no selling of pets) on property located at Shop #8, <br /> Route 28 and Shellback Way, Building D, Mashpee, sass. <br /> Mr. Bergeron explained that he would be grooming..cats & =dogs <br /> on .the upper level of Deer Crossing. <br /> Mr. Hanrahan asked if this was a kennel. Mr. Bergeron that <br /> there would be no animals to be left over night. <br />
