Minutes - February 2D, 1985 Page 3 <br /> Mr. Makunas made a motion to grant the permit as requested, <br /> Mr. Hanrahan seconded the motion all agreed. <br /> Gerald S. Ross - advisement <br /> The Board found the terrain to be the hardship, Mr. Boyd <br /> had also viewed the property and was in agreement. <br /> Mr. Costa made a motion to grant the variance to build no <br /> closer that 12 feet on the northwest side , no closer than 361 feet <br /> 2 <br /> in front and no closer than 12 feet in the back. `iir. Hahrahan <br /> seconded the motion all agreed. <br /> C. <br /> Edward R. Wasil - stipulation <br /> The Board found that "fr. Wasil has not complied with the <br /> recommendations of the Design -Review Committee. The letter <br /> sent to Mr. Reardon is attached to these minutes. <br /> New Seabury, Cor-oration requested 'he return of their bond <br /> Mlakunas .!lade a motion to release their bond, iir. Costa <br /> seconded the motion all agreed. <br /> Minutes accepted - February 13, 1985 <br /> Attached to these minutes is the letter to Peters Hartel. <br /> Mr. McLau6ztlin - Had some questions for the Board concerning a <br /> child care progra.11. .'iTr. Costa instructed him to speak with <br /> the building inspector to find out all the state requirements. <br /> Being no further business the meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Patricia White <br /> Note : Application for S.
