Some of the billings do go back to the last fiscal year, so it may require a <br /> vote at Town Meeting. <br /> Ken Marsters responded to Mr. Pesce's email and will message Mr. Pesce when he is back in <br /> town. The ZBA approved 29 more single family homes, which plans were sent to him, he will <br /> begin an analysis. <br /> Mr. Tobin clarified this was an old permit for multifamily style, it went to court and the ZBA <br /> backed the Building Commissioner, now the permit is for single family homes. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Housing Production Plan: Pages 61- End <br /> Next meeting can start early to allow time to work on this.
